The three major exchanges in Shanghai, Shenzhen and North China have announced their market closure arrangements for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day in 2026.

According to the arrangement, the market will be closed from September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), and will open as usual from September 28 (Monday). The market will be closed from October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday), and will open as usual from October 8 (Thursday). In addition, the market will be closed on September 20 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday).
The Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges also announced the arrangements for Southbound Trading Days during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.
中秋節:The Southbound Connect service will not be provided from September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday). The Southbound Connect service will be opened as usual from September 28 (Monday).
國慶節:The Southbound Connect service will not be provided from October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday). The Southbound Connect service will be opened as usual from October 8 (Thursday). In addition, the market will be closed on September 20 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday).
Clearing and settlement matters for southbound trading shall be carried out in accordance with the arrangements of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd.
