According to CCTV news, on October 7, local time, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tihi said at a press conference in Kiev that Ukraine is willing to participate in trilateral peace talks between Ukraine, Russia and the United States. He said that Ukraine hopes that the talks can be held in October.
Dixi also said that Ukraine is not only willing to participate in leaders-level meetings, but also in other levels of tripartite talks. In addition, he revealed that Ukraine is currently studying “five different ceasefire mechanisms,” including a comprehensive and unconditional ceasefire, as well as the Black Sea ceasefire plan proposed by Türkiye and Egypt. Uzbekistan is also studying the plan proposed by India involving the energy field, as well as the possibility of an energy ceasefire previously discussed by the United States.
