Recently, Luo Yonghao, who has a “hotly searched physique”, has once again become the center of topics on the Internet due to repeated “bombarding” by the big V “Li Ji” with more than 5.4 million fans on Weibo.
Faced with the many comments made by “Li Ji”, Luo Yonghao posted on September 22 that he would next complain on the Weibo platform and sue in court for the wanton rumors and slander.
It is worth mentioning that on September 21, the topic “Luo Yonghao’s hundreds of millions of shares has been frozen” became a hot search topic on Weibo.
In response to this, Luo Yonghao said, “Let’s not talk about freezing or not, I don’t know what other hundreds of millions of equity I hold. After checking, it turned out that it was an old lawsuit many years ago, and what was frozen was the shares of Smartisan Technology…”
Tianyan Check shows that there are currently multiple equity freeze messages in Luo Yonghao’s name, but there is no “height limit” message. He himself has also mentioned traveling by plane many times in his recent Weibo posts.
Big V with 5.4 million fans continuously “bombarded” Luo Yonghao and chose to be “hard”
After Jia Guolong became “low-key” after experiencing the pre-made dish controversy, the big V “Li Ji” with 5.4 million fans recently expressed his dissatisfaction on Xibei’s behalf.
At noon on September 20, “Liji” posted on Weibo, “Do you know why he (Wu Jialu, head of public relations for Luo Yonghao’s team) suddenly jumped out last month? Because Xibei sued Luo Yonghao and a trial was about to begin. He came out to manipulate public opinion and put pressure on the court.”
“Liji” also said that Luo Yonghao’s recent sudden encounter with Mr. Savage killed two birds with one stone. On the one hand, it was related to Zhong Xuegao’s comeback, and on the other hand, he wanted to tamper with history and create a public opinion trend of “I am just a consumer complaint.”
In addition to the above remarks, “Liji” has recently posted a number of Weibo posts related to Luo Yonghao, Xibei and Jia Guolong on its social account.
“Li Ji” said that Xibei will be completely bankrupt in two or three months at most. Jia Guolong will personally take over most of the debt and give up his shares, leaving about 100 profitable stores to be run by his employees.
However, in response to rumors circulating online that it is about to close down, Xibei said that stores across the country are currently operating normally and the brand will continue to provide good products and services, calling on the public to treat online information rationally.
“Liji” also said, “While Xibei suffered huge losses in the fourth quarter, Luo Yonghao’s live broadcast room sales reached new highs, with nearly 4 billion more in the fourth quarter than in the third quarter. The huge profits and traffic generated by Xibei’s corpse were shared by Luo Yonghao’s friends and those cooperating mcn.”

On the evening of September 21, the rumor that “Xibei founder Jia Guolong asked Luo Yonghao to kneel before he would reconcile” continued to ferment on the Internet. Related topics once rushed to the hot search list on social platforms, triggering discussions among netizens.
Later, Luo Yonghao responded on Weibo: Don’t believe the rumors that “someone wants Luo Yonghao to kneel before he can reconcile.” So far, the only source of this quote is a notorious rogue publicist.
Luo Yonghao said, “Considering that this black publicist has done things to harm Party A more than once after taking Party A’s money, so although I don’t know what the reason is this time, it is not very surprising if it is brought about by him. As for this person’s rumors and slander against me, we have obtained evidence, and we will make the necessary complaints and prosecutions next.”
The “gangster and black PR” Luo Yonghao refers to is “Li Ji”. On the afternoon of September 22, Luo Yonghao posted a long article on Weibo, “Li Ji”.

Luo Yonghao pointed out that the other party first came forward and said that his Party A “will be completely bankrupt in two or three months at most.” Even after Party A immediately denied it to the public and expressed shock when they found him, “Li Ke” still strangely said to Party A, “Just don’t deny me.”
In Luo Yonghao’s view, the other party “seems to be crazy these days”. While “extubating” the company, he praises it as a good company and “firmly supports” it. However, his recent comments have caused the dispute between himself and Xibei to repeatedly hit the hot searches.
Faced with the doubts from “Liji” that he had a “backstage”, Luo Yonghao posted two office addresses where he could report, “No matter which one, after you come out, you go directly to Peking University No. 6 Hospital, which is a 20-30 minute drive. I often see ADHD there, and they also take care of your disease. I can register for you there in advance.”
Luo Yonghao also said that in the future, he will complain to the Weibo platform and sue the court for the incident of “Liji”‘s wanton rumors and slander. If Weibo does not handle it in time, he will also sue Weibo to the court.
Luo Yonghao responded that hundreds of millions of shares have been frozen, and there is currently no “high limit” information under his name.
It is worth mentioning that on September 21, according to cover news, there are multiple equity freeze records under Luo Yonghao’s name, and the amount of frozen equity exceeds 100 million yuan. Subsequently, the topic “Luo Yonghao’s hundreds of millions of shares has been frozen” became a hot search topic on Weibo.

That night, Luo Yonghao responded on Weibo, “I was shocked when I watched the news after the plane landed. Not to mention whether it was frozen or not, I didn’t know what else I held worth hundreds of millions of dollars in equity. After checking, it turned out that it was an old lawsuit many years ago, and what was frozen was the shares of Smartisan Technology…”
Public reports show that due to the failure of Smartisan Technology to start a business, Luo Yonghao was once saddled with hundreds of millions of debts, and later staged a “truth returns” plot through live broadcasts and other channels.
On December 10, 2020, Luo Yonghao won the title of “Mr. of the Year” by “Mr. Esquire” magazine. When delivering his acceptance speech, Luo Yonghao said that because he had more than 100 lawsuits pending at the same time, he was already on the restricted consumption list. He took a 17-hour drive to receive the award that day, and had to take a 17-hour ride back that night.
On the evening of the same day, Luo Yonghao stated on his personal Weibo that the “high limit” matter has been settled with creditors. Because there are many lawsuits rolling at the same time, there may be a list of high ceilings in the future, but the debt repayment work is proceeding steadily and efficiently. Creditors and friends please rest assured.
According to a report by the Daily Economic News in June this year, an insider from Smartisan Technology revealed that Luo Yonghao has repaid nearly 1 billion yuan in debt in total, and the settlement of the remaining debt is steadily progressing. He himself is also fully committed to work to speed up the completion of the follow-up repayment plan.
In many recent Weibo posts, Luo Yonghao repeatedly mentioned “the plane landed”, “at the airport” and other similar expressions, which may imply that he is no longer subject to the “height limit”.
Tianyancha shows that, except for the three historical consumption restriction order information between 2019 and 2020, there is currently no new consumption restriction order information under Luo Yonghao’s name.
