Archives show Kherson region expected to carry out humanitarian operations once a month

A reporter from the main station learned on the 28th local time that the United States released photos of the last few pages of an agreement said to be signed on October 23. The document is accompanied by the signatures of Russian Presidential Human Rights Commissioner Lentratova and Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada Lubynets. Photos show that the agreement stipulates in detail the evacuation route and subsequent humanitarian arrangements for Aleshki civilians in the Kherson region.

According to the announced agreement, residents of Areshki who choose to go to Ukraine will travel with the Ukrainian delegation from Areshki to Anapa, Russia. They will then fly to Gomel, Belarus, on a military transport aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Defense. The flight is expected to take off on October 31. Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Lubynets and two Ukrainian journalists will also be on the same plane.

The document also shows that this humanitarian operation will lead to a new agreement: regular delivery of humanitarian aid, food and medicine to various settlements in the Kherson region, and the repatriation of personnel. Relevant actions will be carried out under the mediation of US First Lady Melania Trump and will occur at least once a month.
