During the National Day, new era civilized practice centers (institutes, stations) across the country extensively carried out the theme activities of “Welcoming the National Day, Civilized Practice in Action” to further stimulate people’s patriotic emotions and create a warm, festive, civilized and peaceful festival atmosphere.

In the early morning of October 1, the “Our Festival, Our Taishan” civilized practice and the “China Taishan, Guotai and Minan” flag-raising ceremony were held at Mount Tai, the first of the Five Mountains. 17,000 tourists from all over the world gathered at the top of Mount Tai to face the majestic sunrise and witness the rising of the five-star red flag. They used the mountains and rivers as evidence to express their deepest blessings to the motherland.

Xu Yuwen’s family from Handan, Hebei Province spent six hours climbing to the top at night. She said: “On National Day, I was very excited to see the sun and the national flag rising together on the top of Mount Tai. I hope my children can remember the emotion of this moment, cherish their country and their country, and live up to their youth.”

At the ceremony, there was also a volunteer team composed of hearing-impaired people who “sang” the national anthem in sign language. Xu Peng, chairman of the Tai’an Deaf Association, said: “We express our love for the motherland in sign language and sincerely wish the motherland peace and prosperity. We also hope that more people will come closer to the hearing-impaired community and share the glory of the prosperous times.”

From the Mid-Autumn Festival to the National Day, Hengshui City, Hebei Province continues to carry out the civilized practice activity of “Celebrating the Double Festival and Enjoying the Lake City”. Counties (cities, districts) organized government agencies, volunteer groups, art troupes, etc. to reach the front lines of urban and rural areas, entering communities, rural courtyards, and activity squares, and providing mobile convenient markets, cultural and art performances and other services.

In the “Moon Full Birthday Celebration of Home and Country” theme art performance in Daliguan Village, Shenpo Town, Wuyi County, performances carefully choreographed by art volunteers took turns on the stage. During the performance, medical staff measured blood pressure and blood sugar for free and popularized health knowledge to the villagers. Volunteers also provided free haircut services for the elderly and children.

Taocheng District held an exhibition of ancient weapons and ancient boxing scores and a study tour during the National Day holiday. Song Junjie, the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage representative item of foot poke, led the audience to experience the foot poke moves. Everyone stepped on the horse, punched and kicked, and experienced the unique charm of foot poke in each move.

This time, they not only had close contact with ancient weapons and ancient boxing manuals, but also received personal guidance from the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. They truly felt the charm of traditional martial arts.” Citizen Liu Yuanyuan said.

On the National Day, citizens and foreign tourists from Yuxi City, Yunnan Province came to Nie Er Square to fulfill an agreement – to sing the national anthem together. As the melody of “March of the Volunteers” sounded, everyone stood in silence and sang in unison, and the singing resounded over the square.

Later, the cultural program came on stage. Yuxi City Cultural Center Qunyuan Chorus performed the chorus “Forward, Forward”. “We have rehearsed for a long time for this performance.” Conductor Li Jia said that every time he sang the phrase “Forward, Forward,” his blood boiled.

In addition to festivals, Yuxi’s civilized practices have long been integrated into daily life. In recent years, Yuxi City has created a civilized practice project of “National Anthem to Sing the Border” and organized a total of 269 volunteer service teams to visit 25 border counties (cities) in Yunnan Province.

In autumn, in the Qingjiangpu Scenic Area of ​​Huaianli Canal Cultural Corridor, the blue waves are rippling and the ancient charm is leisurely. Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province celebrated the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China with a flag-raising ceremony and a theme event of “Role Models Go to the Grassroots” held here. Teachers, students and citizens from many local schools gathered here to feel the charm of role models and draw on the strength of progress on the edge of the ancient canal.

“Good People of China” Gu Chunyan and “Good People of Jiangsu” Zhang Guoru communicated face-to-face with teachers and students, passing on positive energy for good; citizens visited the Qingjiangpu Memory Hall to feel the changes in the city and maintain cultural roots; representatives of teachers and students boarded the cruise ship to start a unique “ideological and political class on the water” on the canal.
