The 23rd China-ASEAN Expo will be held in Nanning from September 17th to 21st. According to predictions from the Nanning Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, from September 17th to 21st, the number of entry-exit passengers at Nanning Wuxu International Airport will exceed 6,000. Since exhibitors need to enter the country in advance to prepare for the exhibition, it is expected that there will be a peak of inbound and outbound passenger flow on September 16, with more than 1,600 passengers in a single day. The daily outbound peak hours are from 13:00 to 16:00, and the daily inbound peak hours are from 13:30 to 18:30.
In order to effectively cope with the peak customs clearance of inbound and outbound passengers, the Nanning Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station followed the relevant work arrangements of the National Immigration Administration and the Guangxi Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station and took multiple measures to ensure smooth and orderly customs clearance of passengers. During the China-ASEAN Expo, the station set up a dedicated channel for exhibition participants at the Nanning Wuxu International Airport port travel inspection site to provide convenient customs clearance services for exhibitors, merchants and delegations. It also opened special channels to provide convenient inspection for diplomats, APEC business travel card holders and people in need. At the same time, it dynamically adjusted the proportion of Chinese and foreign passenger inspection channels to ensure efficient and smooth overall customs clearance.

In terms of policy services, the Nanning Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station has set up a policy consultation area at the port, issued multi-lingual service guides, and proactively carried out publicity and interpretation of convenient policies such as 240-hour transit visa exemption to help eligible transit passengers fully understand policy requirements and plan their itineraries; it also promoted and guided policies such as 24-hour direct transit exemption from border inspection procedures, and provided pre-consulting services such as temporary entry permit application guidance for passengers to ensure that policy consultation and service guarantees are in place.
